About Lake El Salto and the lodge:
Lake El Salto is a scenic impoundment located on foot hill of Sierra Madre Mountains, it´s just 550 feet above Sea Level and only hour and half drive from Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico, on all paved roads, driving north. The lake was built on the Elota river and spans approximately 27,000.00 acres. Lake El Salto has been one of the best fishing lakes in Mexico. There has been a lot of publicity and also a lot of advertising about this lake. The lodge is only 5 minutes away from Lake El Salto, maintains the highest level of service possible.
It is spacious with 13 double rooms, each with private hot water bath and air-conditioning. The well-trained staff will pamper you throughout your stay. All the guides are well seasoned, having fished the lake for years and are very capable.
